Adjusting the Needle Drop Position with the Guideline Marker
The guideline marker is a laser that shows you the path the needle will take while stitching. This is useful for lining up stitches and placing needle when blending decorative stitches (I think…the needle path for sure, I’m assuming about the decorative stitches).
There are two ways to adjust the needle drop position. The first off is from the sewing screen.
First, hit the needle drop button on the screen. This will pop up a display. Press the plus (+) sign to move the laser to the right. If you went too far, press the minus (-) sign to move it back. That laser will show you where the stitches are going to fall on your piece.
The second way to access the needle drop position laser is through setting screen 3.
The same options are available as far as left right movement with the plus and minus signs. Additionally, from this option you can adjust the brightness of the guideline marker. Once you’re happy with your settings, click ok. Or reset to return to the 0 position.
